1. Production / QA / QC

Requirements :

• Min. Pharmacist
• Min. S1 GPA 3.00 and Apt. GPA 3.10
• Not older than 28 years old
• Have a good initiative and analytical thinking
• Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily
• Willing to be placed in Palembang

2. Purchasing Executive - PE

Requirements :

• Min. Pharmacist, Chemical Engineering or Chemical Science
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Not older than 28 years old
• Min. experience 2 years as Purchasing
• Proficient in English
• Communicative and have a good negotiation skill
• Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily
• Willing to be placed in Bintaro

3. Scientist - SCT

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Medicine, Pharmacist, Chemical Engineering or Chemical Science
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Not older than 28 years old
• Min. experience 2 years  as scientist
• Proficient in English
• Have a good initiative and analytical thinking
• Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang or Bintaro  

4. Field Training Officer - FTO SBY

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Membina dan memelihara kemampuan Field Force Dexa Medica dalam hal pengetahuan tentang produk, pengetahuan dasar medis, dan ketrampilan memasarkan produk-produk Dexa Medica agar dapat melaksanakan tugas-tugas tanggung jawabnya dengan baik sehingga mencapai target perusahaan sesuai dengan sasaran.
• Mengevaluasi secara periodik terhadap efektivitas program training yang sudah terlaksana dan melakukan peningkatan kualitas dan efektifitasnya.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan S1 Jurusan IPA (Farmasi, Biologi, Kimia, Kedokteran)
• Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Medical Representatives
• Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang produk farmasi
• Memiliki kompetensi sebagai Trainer
• Memiliki keterampilan mengajar & presentasi
• Memiliki Kemampuan komunikasi & interpersonal yang baik
• Penempatan: SURABAYA

5. Human Resources Administration Staff - HRADM

Kualifikasi :

• Min. lulusan D3 (Komputerisasi akuntansi, Ilmu administrasi, Teknik Informatika, Manajemen Informatika)
• Usia maks. 28 thn
• Berpengalaman sebagai Admin Staff lebih disukai
• Terbuka untuk Fresh Graduate
• Menguasai MS Office
• Detail, rapi dan berinisiatif tinggi
• Komunikatif
• Penempatan Bintaro

6. Soft Skill Training Officer - SSTO

If you:

• Are expert in the training field such as training delivery, training evaluation, TNA and the design of training syllabus/curriculum, especially soft skills
• Hold a bachelor degree from a reputable university (any major), min GPA of 3.00
• Have worked as a trainer for the past 2 years
• Believe in growing people as one of your passion
• Have a "can do" attitude
• Always want to strive for excellence, act professionally and deal with care
• Have no issues with traveling and love public speaking
