We urgently need a mature professional to fill the position of:

1. PROJECT LEAD ENGINEER

Requirements:
  • Coming from mechanical engineering education background, bachelor level
  • Solid experience with automotive related industry sector are most preferred
  • Familiar with project management, product engineering change management and control
  • Experience in product development, especially automotive parts/component/system integration from initiation through product test and document preparation up to implementation in production line as well as customer level
  • Familiarity with CAD, strong capability in technical drawing reading, creation and checking in detail level
  • Interpersonal skills : ability to deal with customers as well as suppliers
  • Experience with ISO TS requirement and documentation, APQP, PPAP
  • Having car driving license

2. IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Job Description

As an IT Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing support for desktop operations and local site server systems.

    Essential Skills/Experience
    • You will have minimum 5+ years business support experience in a Microsoft / IBM environment.
    • Your skill set for the role should include the following: Networking, TCP/IP , Windows 2003 (2008), Windows XP & 7, MS Office 2003-2010, Lotus
    • Notes & Domino, Exchange 2003-2010, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Anti Virus, Anti-Spam, Backup Exec, PC/Server Hardware, Virtualization, Site to Site VPN, Cisco: switches, routers; HP & Dell Server, HP & Dell Desktop, HP Printer, etc.
    • IT certification would be an advantage
    • Good English skills both written and verbal
    • Having experience in implementing the Global ERP system would be an advantage
    You Will Be Tasked With
    • Managing the day-to-day priorities of work set by the local Manager
    • Managing the day-to-day priorities of work set by the APAC Regional Manager / Director
    • Acting as the first point of escalation for staff issues
    • Managing new projects and existing technical infrastructure
    • Software licensing
    • In addition to contributing towards the maintenance of appropriate disaster recovery procedures, you will perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware and software. You will also be responsible for the configuration, installation and deployment of all PCs and PC related peripherals.
    • Additionally, you must be flexible with a willingness to travel abroad
    • You must also live within a commutable distance

    3. G/L ACCOUNTANT

    QUALIFICATION:
    • Female/Male max 30 years old
    • Background S1 Accountant/Economic graduated
    • Has experience in the same field min 3 years
    • Has good skill in making Financial Statement
    • Has good knowledge in tax
    • Accurately and honest person
    • Good in English is preferable
    • Good in Microsoft Office and accounting software is preferable
    • Hard worker and has good personality while doing strong work

    RESPONSIBILTIES:
    • Prepare and maintain General Ledger such as adjustment journal, accrual, amortization fixed asset and prepaid expenses
    • Reconcile Bank & Other Account in Balance Sheet including Reconcile VAT & Income Tax
    • Control all transactions inputted in system including  transactions of cash & bank
    • Prepare and maintain Tax Reporting both monthly and yearly
    • Control inventory both raw material and finish good

    4. SALES COORDINATOR

    Job Description:
    • Quotation preparation
    • Product Costing
    • Sales order handling & control
    • Inventory & Delivery Management
