HRD MANAGER
Responsibility :- Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill man power needs of each department with high qualified employee.
- Responsible for career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management.
- Conducts orientation programs for employee motivation in order to direct them towards the organizational goals.
- Male min 30 years old, min. Bachelor Degree with a major in Psychology from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Consulting Company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for couching and counseling.
- Having good knowledge in HRM.
- Having good knowledge in Industrial Relations Manpower Regulations and its implementation.
- Fluent in verbal and written in English.
