Our client have included Joint Venture companies deal with: Telecommunications, Banking, Construction, Consumer Goods, Oil Services, Mining Companies, Chemicals, Manufacturing and also Trading Companies, etc.

Payroll

Requirment:

  • Male / Female , Max 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree from Accounting/Computerize Accounting, Taxation.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in handling in payroll regulation (pph 21, overtime calculation, etc), handling Jamsostek regulation.
  • Good computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Outlook preferable having experience in HRIS application)
  • Proactive , high need of achievement , good team work , well organized even under pressure and flexible hours
  • Attention to details and high accuracy in  numbers
  • Interest with administrative works and doing routine activities
  • Good in Filling Administration Management
  • Strong communication skills and be able to work in teams or independently under minimum supervision as required.

Job Desk:

  • Manage work flow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
  • Perform daily payroll operations.
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
  • To manage good communication with client relate to payroll operation.
