PT. Jababeka, Tbk., a public-owned property company is now looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position

REQUIREMENT :

Male/Female, minimum 30 years old, Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture
Minimum 5 years work in Project /business development Developer or Property Consultant company
Have a good understanding of the project design, project life circle and also good in leadership and managing a project team
Posses a positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Resourceful and independent with excellent presentation & negotiation skills
Ability to prepare proposals, develop and maintain business and social relationship with current and potential client/investor
Hardworking and trustworthy
Fluent in English
Willing to be place in Cikarang
