Business Development Manager
Requirements :
- Male, Max. 35 years old
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management from reputable University
- At least 5 years of working experience preferably in iron and concrete building materials industry
- Effective Planing, Organizing, Leading and Delegating
- Excellent communication, presentations and interpersonal skills
- Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and result focused
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
- Independent self starter with great initiative and strong determination to succeed
- Ability to monitor economic and other external conditions and manage proactively addressing issues that may affect operations in order to maximize sales and growth
- Demonstrated abililty to negotiate complex deals, think strategically and understand nuanced product issues
- Excellent project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time sensitive, cross-functional projects
- Fluent in written and spoken English, can speak Mandarin is an advantage
- Willing to travel for business trip
