We are a growing multinational distribution company of health supplement and personal care products in Indonesia. We urgently need a dedicated, hard-working, highly motivated individual who manages with Love in his/her heart, to be:

  1. SECRETARY TO CHAIRMAN (SCR)

Major Accountability:

  • Translate documents/ letters, be interpreter from English to Bahasa and vice versa.
  • Take down minutes of meetings and follow up on outstanding office matters
  • Arrange travel accommodation and documentation for the Chairman and internal departments.

General Requirements:

  • Female, age maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum 2 years experience as secretary or personal assistant to executive level
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Energetic, healthy, pleasant in appearance and positive attitude
  • Communicative, humble, perform good image for the company and willing to travel according to needs
  • ATTENTION TO DETAILS & ACCURATE, works fast and work smart ARE A MUST
  • Has Love and care in the heart and likes to serve
  • Hands on and coordinate well with all internal Departments to assist the Chairman in day to day operations of the company

 

  1. PRODUCT MANAGER (PRM)

Major Accountability:

  • Manage, control and coordinate sales and marketing process of products to achieve sales target
  • Set up strategy and marketing plans to meet demands according to company’s objectives

General Requirements:

  • Male or female, Background education minimum Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales and Marketing in Health Supplement and personal care products
  • Having experience in dealing with Doctors, Pharmacists, Midwives, is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (Bahasa and English)
  • Had enjoyed success in identifying / launching/ presenting products
  • Willing to travel according to needs
  • Having excellent ability to Plan, Analyze and Manage
  • Good leadership, Team Player and Result oriented

 

  1. GRAPHIC DESIGN OFFICER (GDO)

Major Accountability:

  • Responsible in various creative works such as; Magazine design, Video editing, Slide presentation, Brochure design, Leaflet, Poster, and take records of company’s events in photos or videos
  • Contributing ideas and developing design briefs by gathering information and data with the team and or related internal departments in order to clarify design issues according to needs;

General Requirements:

  • Male or female
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Graphic Design
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Excellent skills in MS Power Point and Video Editing is A MUST
  • Good understanding in photography and ability to operate DSLR camera
  • Demonstrate excellent ideas in producing artwork design and pro active
  • Having knowledge in Web Design is a plus
  • Able to produce accurate and high quality work
  • Work as part of a team with copy writer, other designers in the Department, able to cope with under pressure environment
  • Willing to work long hours if necessary
