We are a national mining nickel company and have our own concession in Halmahera, Indonesia.We had sold its nickel mainly to major end user in China through long term contract and also short/spot contract.And now due to our rapid growth and expansion in nickel mining we are looking for self-motivated, hardworking and qualified people to apply for the following positions :

GEOLOGIST

The incumbent is in charge of making geological mapping, prospecting & exploration in both open cast & underground nickle mine. Also he is responsbile for preparing the Geological Plans & Sections, making bore hole logging & sampling. It is also including reserving estimation and grade Interpolation and also conducting geotechnical studies for underground mines.

The following qualification:

    * Male
    * Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mineral exploration
    * Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
    * Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
    * Able to use mining software (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCAD)
    * Able to make a progress report of exploration
    * Able to identify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
    * Good physical health and able to work in a team
    * To be located in remote area
