PMA (Foreign Investment Company) in Engineering & Manufacturing of Processing Equipment is requiring qualified professionals for the following positions:

Automation Design Engineer

EXPERIENCE AND MANAGERIAL ASPECT

• Male, Max 35  years old
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering  or related engineering field from reputable University
• At least 7 (seven) years  experience in the automation design for industrial plants
• Having experience in Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical & Chemical industries is an advantage
• Good knowledge of wiring, instrument diagram and industrial automation system.
• Good knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system.
• Good knowledge of Human Machine Interface (HMI), SCADA and Distributed Control System’s.
• Good knowledge of S88 batch standards and experience in implementing batch systems is required.
• Familiar with automation & control systems including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, RS Batch and In bacth
• Good knowledge of Commissioning works
• Having experience in project management is required
• Having experience in managerial position is an advantage
• Willing to work at the site / overseas (if required)
• Good English in oral and written
• Experience in Foreign Company is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITY

• Make automation design for proposal/quotation
• Design Electrical Drawing, Electrical Manual, Operation Manual, programming of PLC, HMI and BATCH.
• Panel production/assembly/installation & Testing
• FAT/commissioning
• Technical service
