Our client is a multinational IT security and data protection currently expanding their business in Indonesia. They are looking to hire a highly qualified and experienced Sales Manager to commence sales operations in the Indonesian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts in Indonesian market.
- Manage all aspects of sales aspect.
- Manage and develop business relationships with major accounts at all levels, include targeted new accounts and partners.
- Deliver on-set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Drive demand generation and business development with local partners through appropriate channel and marketing support mechanisms.
- Prepare presentations and proposals both directly to end users and partners.
- Involve in communication with customers and partners on product changes, product upgrades, product innovations and general policy changes.
- Participate and represent company at appropriate user conferences and trade shows.
- Provide accurate and reliable sales forecast to the Sales Director.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activities, present quarterly territory plans and reviews.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of Enterprises Sales experience in IT industries and with at least 2 years Channel Sales/ Management experience in Indonesia.
- CISSP Certificate will be advantageous but not required.
- Strong background in selling enterprise IT solutions, preferably with focus on Security Solutions.
- Direct account sales experience is preferable.
- Great communication and reporting skills in English.
- Able to work independently and proactive in a mobile office.
- Ready to travel both international and domestically.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent. Job role in Sales Manager/Account Manager.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
