Senior Finance Accountant



Job description

• providing and interpreting financial information;
• business modelling and forecasting;
• analysing change and conducting risk assessment;
• participating in strategic planning, and formulating long-term business plans;
• researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
• developing complex finance models;
• assessing the financial implications of new or existing ventures;
• conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• preparing accounts and reconciling balance sheets;
• overseeing budgetary control;
• monitoring cash flow;
• liaising with other members of the team and tax consultants;
• some knowledge of taxation

Job Scope

• To oversee Finance related operations of the company
• Responsible for Full set of accounts, Fixed Assets, Tax, Payroll & Consolidation of financial accounts
• Evaluate & streamline financial processes and workflows to enhance & improve the efficiency of the finance operations.
• Review forecast and monitor actual performance against it
• Responsible for annual statutory audit and preparation of annual accounts/reports with tax consultants.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, control processes and timely submission of standard reports & closing
• Assist in financial process review and re-engineering, system implementation and other ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• S1 Degree in Accountancy
• Min.3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under stress and tight deadlines
• Possess good interpersonal skills, good working attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility

Marketing strategy and brand awareness for L.O.D’s brands, monitors, analyzes international distribution markets. Creates and manages campaigns and promotions. Responsible for Le Bloomingchic’s marketing, wholesale and distributions sales activities.
Creating a lasting impression among consumers, stockist and improving product sales and market share. Increase LeBloomingchic’s distributions & wholesale market shares.

Requirements

• Min. academic qualification – S1 (Major in Marketing/Mass Communications/related)
• Able to speak and write in fluent ENGISH.
• Have good presentation skills with ENGLISH (in writing).
• have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
• have good analytical skills
• be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• be enthusiastic about sales, marketing & merchandise devolpment.
• Results oriented.
• be able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
• be able to manage different projects at the same time
• be energetic and passionate about their product speciality
• be able to work well under pressure

Related Job scope

• researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
• looking at the pricing of products and analysing the potential profitability
• generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colours, fonts and imagery
