CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY MANAGER


Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that company achieves substantive improvements in its ongoing commitment to become a sustainable and socially responsible company.
• Establishing the company’s community and development schemes/programs, including their guidelines and standard operating
• Developing sound CSR related strategies, policies, plans, programs, and practices from related functional areas and business units
• Implement CSR strategies, policies, plans, and programs effectively and efficiently
• Monitoring, controlling and measuring the implementations of CSR programs/ projects
• Manages relationships with external community and other parties to pursue appropriate public relations
• Monitoring, reviewing and managing the social issues that may arise

Requirement :

• Male, age min 40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable University, Min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 10 years experience at similar matters
• Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated and able to work in a team
• Preferable has sound knowledge in corporate social responsibility area
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all level
• Willing to travel and work at mine site
