We are one of the biggest Mining Group of Company in Indonesia. We look for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below:

1. Finance – Accounting Supervisor (for site)

Responsibilities:


  • Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that company’s finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
  • Receive and verify invoice and requisitions for goods and services
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Prepare, verify and process invoices and coding payment document
  • Manage and record all chequeKeeping all financial data properly
  • Prepare and submit financial report

Requirements:
  • Male, maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Master will be an advantage 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Finance & Accounting in Mining Industries
  • Multi tasking, open minded person, hard worker, analytical thinking 
  • Advanced Computer Skills and Good Command in English. Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Having knowledge on budget project in accordance with approved design mine plan, review & report cost against budget, mining cost accounting 
  • Having good knowledge with PSAK 33 and Tax Mining
  • Experience in project management and cost control
  • Willing to be place at Halmahera island ( North Maluku ) with rotation schedule

2. Mining Lab Analyst

Requirements:
  • Male Maximum age 35 years old
  • Degree minimum from Sekolah Menengah Analis Kimia (SMAK)  or D3 from faculty of chemistry
  • Minimum 3 years experiences at the same position
  • Able to analyze soil sample for mining job
  • Familiar with Basic Chemical Analysis and Instrumentation Analysis
  • Familiar with some Laboratory instruments such as GC, HPLC, Spectrophotometer, etc
  • Proficient in MS office application and internet
  • Having knowledge in HACCP, GMP, ISO 17025:2005, & 5 S will be an advantages
  • Having good communication skillSafety oriented Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill, Able to work independently and to work under the pressure
  • Willing to be place at Halmahera island ( North Maluku ) with rotation schedule

3. Fuel / BBM Supervisor

Requirements:
  • Male, max 35 years old
  • Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining, construction or heavy equipment industry
  • Degree from faculty of management, logistic or related field
  • Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
  • Monitoring quality and quantity fuel supply at mining site
  • Monitoring and maintain fuel station and fuel truck at mining site
  • Monitoring fuel crew and heavy equipment movement at mining site
  • Ensure optimum inventory level of fuel usage, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize loss or waste 
  • Well understanding about Safety / K3
  • To be located in site (Maluku island), with rotation schedule

4. General Affair Superintendent

Responsibilities:
  • In charge for overall office general affairs, such as office maintenance, office procurement and supply of goods, document renewal, transportation, guests’ services, camp services, etc.
  • Arrange and supervise office boy and driver’s jobs
  • Handling inventory for office assets and equipment

Requirements:
  • MaleMaximum age 40 years oldHold Bachelor degree (S1) in Law, Management or Social Science
  • Having min 3 years experience as General Affairs, preferably from mining or construction industry
  • Good lobbying and communication skill
  • Excellent English, able to speak Chinese is an advantage
  • Familiar with general affairs jobs
  • Computer literateGood attitude, honest, fast learner, work detail, diligent, energetic, self motivated, hard working and result oriented
  • Able to handle multi tasking job
  • Will be based in Halmahera island ( North Maluku ), with rotation schedule

5. RECEPTIONIST

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and screen incoming calls professionally and direct appropriately to intended recipient, including answering inquiries and obtain information for customer and visitors
  • Provide clerical support, postal, messenger, housekeeping services, place consolidated orders for office stationary and pantry supplies, issue visitor’s pass and meeting room arrangement
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail and courierHelp and assist other duties as assigned

Requirements :
  • Female, Single 
  • Maximum age 25 years old
  • Graduated min from Senior High School (SMA)
  • Having min 1 years experience in similar position
  • English and Chinese speaking min passive
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good looking, energetic, high motivated and customer service oriented
  • Proficient in operating computer and service manner
  • Able to handle multi tasking job
  • This position will be based in Jakarta (Senayan)
