1. Account Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales/ Marketing or relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years in the same capacity
- Relevant marketing experience within the Healthcare, Life Science and Biotechnology industry is preferred
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English
- Good leadership and management skills
- Highly driven and results oriented
- Direct and motivate the sales team
- Oversee sales related events
- Assist the strategic team to open up channel marketing accounts with innovative programmes and relationship building
- Conduct competitor’s analysis
- Ensure that the sales team and all sales documentations adhere to quality standards and requirements
2. Customer Service Executive/Customer Service Supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree preferred but not essential
- Min 2 years of working experience in customer service or sales administration
- Pleasant personality, highly driven, people-oriented and confident
- Ability to communicate effectively
- More experienced candidates may be consider for the supervisor role
- Assist Customer Service Manager to spearhead and maintain customer service excellence activities/programs and raise engagement level between CordLife and customer through these programs and activities.
- Provide overall customer service support
- Assist Customer Service Manager to establish customer relationship & administer loyalty program.
3. Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administrative support to the local and regional sales team
- Verify and process sales orders
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the line manager from time to time
- Diploma and above
- Candidates with 1 year of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Possess positive attitude, good initiative and meticulous
- Able to work both independently and as a team
- Pleasant personality with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in computer skills
4. Quality Assurance Executive
Requirements
- Diploma in Quality Management or any Biomedical discipline
- Min 2 years working experience in Quality System
- Must be meticulous and systematic
- Must be a team player with good coordination and with good communication skills
- Assist Quality Manager in implementing company quality system in compliance to regulatory and ISO (International Standards Operations) standard requirement
- Assist Quality Manager in work process improvement and problem solving
- Assist Quality Manager in internal audit and interdepartmental coordination
- Assist regional office on quality matters
- Maintains computerize and written records/ reports
- Responsible for document control
- Conduct quality training
- Support supplier/ vendor qualification
5. HR Executive
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- At least 1 to 2 years experiences in handling wide spectrum of HR functions
- Candidates MUST have experience in full cycle of recruitment
- Must be well-versed in the Labour Laws of Indonesia
- Matured and ability to work well with all levels of staff
- Good communication skills
- Actively involved in recruitment and selection activities
- Gradually responsible for other HR functions (e.g. Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation, Benefits & Welfare, Training & Development)
- Source for training programs and coordinate trainings for staffs
- Manage all HR enquiries and personnel matters
- Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with the legislation
- Manage and maintain staff records and HR documents
